BURLINGTON GARDENS

The existing garden was small with an asbestos roofed annex.  The clients owned the adjacent land so the brief was to amalgamate the two gardens to provide a large lawn area for their children.  The design created an L shaped garden with the shed hidden from view.

A simple stone wall created a focal point from the kitchen window.  Black bamboo, box balls and pleached hornbeams provided the structure for this green and white colour scheme.

Materials used were Limestone from the Jurassic Coast, narrow Belgium bricks and Western Red Cedar fencing.
