WARWICK AVENUE

This ground floor flat had a large garden with an existing Victorian style Conservatory and large timber shed.  

The new contemporary extension had polished concrete floors and the brief was to retain the above features whilst incorporating them into a modern garden.

Grey porcelain tiles extend the inside to the outside. A large wall and trellis hides the shed and provides support for metal RSJs and swing seats.  All elements were painted dark grey to create a harmonious feel.
