A major refurbishment of this Victorian mansion resulted in seven luxury flats being built.

The Developer's brief was to create a private garden for the ground floor flat and a communal garden for use by everyone.  In addition, new off-street parking facilities were provided.  Tall pleached hornbeams enclose the space.

A textured concrete wall divides the parking from the sunken community area which comprises dining tables, bar, swing seat and benches.
